Hornby, Carole A. (See) January 27,1938 - August 4, 2017 age 79, of Bloomington, MN, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 4, 2017. Survived by devoted husband, and best friend, John Hornby, of Bloomington, MN where they celebrated 55 years of marriage. Survived by siblings, brothers, James See, Gary See (Shari); and sister, Catherine Duvall (Raymond). Carole was preceded in death by her parents James S. and Marjorie A. See. Carole and John shared their passions for travel, gardening, fishing, dancing, cooking and the arts. Carole graduated from South High School and Normandale Community College. She served as Executive Assistant for the President of the Minneapolis Federal Reserve Bank (1955-62); and as Executive Assistant for the Editor of the Star Tribune, retiring from that position in 1983 after 19 years of service. Inurnment at a later date at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
