Bednarczyk, Vera G. (Haraburda) 103, of Edina and formerly of North Mpls. On May 25, 2017 she joined her husband Walter, parents William and Julia Haraburda, and sister Marion Fulton. Survived by daughter Carol (Dennis) Monahan and son Bill. Grandchildren Michael, Gregory, Paul and Ann. Great-grandchildren Laura, Katie, Matt, Arthur, Veronica and great-great-grandson Connor. Graduate of St. Bridget's and St. Margaret's Academy (1931). After a long life of determination and positive attitude passed peacefully in unity with God at Sunrise Care Facilty-Edina. Vera left a legacy to family and friends of forgiveness, humor, patience, wisdom, acceptance and positive attitude. She lived life to the fullest without blaming or victimization. An unsung heroine and role model to all who knew her. Truly a seasoned woman. She would want us to remember, "do not get stuck in the situations of life while the living of life passes you by". Visitation one hour before 11:00 Mass at the Chapel at the Church of St. Patrick, Valley View and Gleason Rd, Edina on Friday, June 2, 2017. Lunch to follow.
