Pratley, Marlene C. 3/11/1941 - 4/21/2017 Age 76 of Ramsey, passed after a courageous battle with Huntington's Disease. She is preceded in death by parents and a sister. She is survived by husband of 57 years, Charles; sons, Kenneth (Marsha Hiskey) and Thomas; a brother and a sister; good friend, Jo Ann Martin.
