Moyer, Virginia B. age 103 of Elk River, MN passed away on March 25, 2017. Preceded in death by her husband Dwight, survived by Guy and Marlene Petersen and family; sister-in-law, Dawn Moyer; niece, Christine Howieson and nephew David Moyer; special friend Vivian Schmidt and many other friends. Virginia worked for Sherburne County Highway Dept. as an accountant for 18 years and played the organ at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Elk River for 14 years.
