Mangan, Deacon John T. Age 76 of St. Paul died peacefully at the Minneapolis Veteran's Home on March 13, 2017. Preceded in death by parents, Thomas and Marcella; siblings Robert, and Dorothy Rafferty. John will be greatly missed and forever loved by his siblings, Virginia (Lawrence) Amelse, William, Margary (Dr. Robert) Kurland, and Kathleen Nelson; and many nieces, nephews and friends. John was very kind, a friend to everyone; loved his faith, music, family and Irish heritage. He cherished his work as a Deacon at the Minneapolis Veteran's Home. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 am Wednesday, March 22 at the CHURCH OF ST. AGNES, Lafond Ave. @ Kent St., St. Paul, with visitation beginning at 9:30 am. Burial Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
