Graduated Washburn 1947, attended Dunwoody Institute and University of Minnesota. Member Phi Delta Theta. Designer and home builder in Mpls., Edina, Mtka, North Oaks and Florida. Fairview Southdale Volunteer. Survived by wife, Mary (Crawford); son, Kent (Carol) Thompson, New Hampshire; daughter, Lynne (Reg) Plowman, Plymouth; granddaughters, Jessica and Jane Plowman, Jessie Carlson, Ann Seehof, Sara Slack; 7 great-grandchildren, several cousins.
