Hanson, Suzanne Fait "Suzi" Age 89, of Bloomington, formerly Edina, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family on December 4, 2016. Known as the "Queen" of the Tower at Normandale Lake, Suzanne was the ultimate entertainer, hosting elaborate dinner and cocktail parties throughout her life. Family and friends were so fortunate to be blessed with her beauty and grace. She was the most positive and energetic person, living life to the fullest while touching the lives of many. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother and will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Suzanne is survived by her son Bradley (Susan) Hanson; granddaughters Andrea Hanson (fiancé Justin O'Brien) and Lesley (Luis) Maestre. Preceded in death by her parents Ganus and Ruth; stepfather Willard Aschenbrener; sister Dianne Fleming; and husband Robert. The family would like to send a special thank you to Allina Health Hospice, her caregivers Moji and Wumni, and her dear friend Mani Hassan who became part of the family. A private ceremony will be held at Lakewood Cemetery on Wednesday, December 14, 2016. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:30 am at Edina Country Club.
