Day, Duane R. "Bud" Age 93, passed away Nov. 26. Resident of Largo, FL and Roseville, MN. Born in Albert Lea, MN, then moved to St Paul. He was an 80+ year member of Knox Presbyterian Church, attended Wilson High School and graduated from the U of M with a Masters in library science. Over his lifetime, he was a salesman, Navy lieutenant, musician, and landlord. He managed libraries for Campbell-Mithun and General Mills, retiring after 17 years there. He was active at church and Clearwater Forest. He was a practical joker and loved to travel, garden, gamble and split wood. Preceded in death by parents and sister, Audrey Robinson. Survived by loving wife of 65 years, Ruth; sons, Larry (Vicki), Richard (Kathy) and Donald (Paulette); grandchildren, Alexander, Keith (Becky), Tracy Pierre, Michael (Erin Macowski), Crystal (Frank) Sutton, Kimberly (Aaron) Huntsman, Angela (Jason) Dreher, and Amanda (Steve) Swenson; and 15 1/2 great-grandchildren. Visitation Sunday, Dec 4th from 4-8 PM at HOLCOMB-HENRY-BOOM-PURCELL, 515 Hwy 96 W., Shoreview and from 9-10:30 AM prior to service at 10:30 AM on Monday, Dec. 5th at NEW LIFE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, 965 Larpenteur Ave W., Roseville.
