Malark, Richard S. "Dick" Age 85 of Columbia Heights, Minn. Dick was born to Andrew and Cecelia Malark, the seventh of 12 children. Surrounded by his family, Dick passed away on September 16, 2016, just one month shy of his 86th birthday on October 25. Preceded in death by his beloved son, Rick, Dick is survived by his wife of 60 years, Audrey; daughters Teri Raymond and Mary (Marty) Maas; grandchildren Jennifer (Dave) Swanson, Kathryn Krtnick (Marcus) Wilson, Richard Raymond; great grandchildren Audrey and Calvin Swanson; daughter-in-law Meg (Rick) Malark; and sister Margaret (Tom) Strauss. Dick was a very proud and kind man who cherished spending time with family and friends. He was the epitome of a true gentleman and our MVP. Unforgettable in every way, we will miss his big smile and gentle aura. Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m., with visitation beginning at 9 a.m., on Monday, September 26 at Immaculate Conception Church, 4030 Jackson Street NE, Columbia Heights; reception to follow.
