Spiel, William "Bill" Age 79 of St. Paul, died Aug. 28, 2016 of heart failure. Survived by his wife of 55 years, Ginger; daughters, Laurie Spiel and Sandy (Lindell) Blanchette; 2 granddaughters; and 2 1/2 great-granddaughters. Bill is retired from Honeywell.
