Quinn, Carri Lynn Age 43, of Forest Lake, MN passed away unexpectedly on August 21, 2016. She was born on 4/5/73 in Brookins, SD. Carri was a graduate of Mahtomedi HS and earned an RN degree from Northern Montana College. She is survived by her loving husband Jeff Blake, daughters Sierra Oehlke and Delaney Quinn, parents Marla and John Davenport, sister Kriste (Neil) Henson, nephew Aidan and niece Keira.
