Hyatt, Marjorie "Margo" (Johnson) Convivial, spunky, and a devout listener of WCCO radio to the end of her life on July 18, 2016. A pink and white 4 layer cake helped to celebrate her "29th" birthday on July 17, 2016. She was a tenaciously hard worker; enjoying her job at the Fort Snelling Officer's Club for many years; and continuing to work until just recently at Aurora in New Richmond, WI. Her early years began at Holy Rosary Church and South HS (Class of 1960) in Mpls. Baking her mother Helen's, 'Rhubarb Cake' was an on-going art, recently altered by using gluten-free flour. Enjoying time out at the NCO Club and Freddie's were happy pastimes for her. Her favorite trips were to Europe and of course, Hawaii where she met her life partner, Kawika Kahananui. They enjoyed 13 years together before his death in 2001. She will be missed by her family and many friends. Memorial Service Thursday Aug. 4th, 5pm at Cremation Society of MN, 1979 Old Hudson Rd, St Paul. Visitation 1 hour prior. Celebration to follow from 6-8pm at VFW 5555, 6715 Lake Shore Drive So., Richfield. Private interment.
