Toepper, John Charles "Jack" 61, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on April 20, 2014. Jack was preceded in death by parents Marvin and Shirley Toepper. He is survived by wife Arlene, children Mary Duprevil, David Toepper, Thomas (Lisa) Toepper, granddaughter Adelaide "Addy" Toepper, sister Linda Peck, special mother Inga Westerberg and beloved pet Rosie. Jack enjoyed the outdoors, especially 4-wheeling. He was a volunteer firefighter for the Cass Lake Fire Department from 1988-1992. He was the chairman of Cass Lake Ducks Unlimited Chapter for many years. A memorial service will take place on Friday, April 25, 2014 at 6 pm at the Cremation Society of MN-Brooklyn Park Chapel. Visitation one hour prior with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to family.
