Lloyd S. (Bing) Myster

Myster, Lloyd S. (Bing) Age 73 of Maple Grove, passed unexpectedly on 4/18/2014. Survived by wife, Yvonne M.; daughters: Jennifer L. Myster & Angela M. (Dan) Wagner; grandchildren: Katey, Cory & Camille Nelson, Régan Englund, Charlie, Julia & Callan Wagner; siblings: Jay Myster & Jeff (Laurie) Myster; brothers & sisters- in-law: Gordon (Jan) Gabbert, Valeda Gabbert, Harvey (Nancy) Gabbert & Joyce (Joe) Snell; beloved Dachshund, Maggie; nieces, nephews & other relatives. Preceded in death by his father Lloyd, his mother Beatrice and his sister-in-law Susan Myster. Lloyd was born in Drayton, North Dakota and graduated from Drayton High School where he met the love of his life, Yvonne. They were married on August 23rd, 1963 and celebrated their fiftieth wedding anniversary last summer. He attended the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks where he earned a BS in accounting, a CPA, and his Juris Doctorate degree. Lloyd was a veteran of the Vietnam war where he served as a captain. Lloyd worked as an attorney in Neenah, WI, Fairmont and the Mpls area. He retired from Thrivent Financial in 2006, but continued a small law practice. He was a lifelong learner and belonged to several professional associations. He and his wife were active members of their church, Lord of Life Lutheran Church. He enjoyed family gatherings at home and at their treasured cabin where he taught all the grandkids to fish. We all enjoyed our time "on the pontoon" with Papa as captain. We will miss his wise words, kind heart, funny stories and generous spirit. Visitation at KOZLAK- RADULOVICH MAPLE GROVE CHAPEL (13745 Reimer Dr.) Monday from 5-8 PM. Memorial service at LORD OF LIFE LUTHERAN CHURCH (7401 County Rd. 101) Tuesday at 11 AM. Interment at a later date at Fort Snelling.
