Risk, Sherril Irene Age 73 of Mpls., passed away peacefully while surrounded by family on May 24, 2016 after being diagnosed with cancer on March 31, 2016. She lived a life dedicated to serving the Lord and loving her family. Sherril was preceded in death by her parents Gordon and Irene Peterson. She is survived by her husband of nearly 50 years Simon; children, Simone (Craig) Nielsen, Dave (Kate) Risk and Nadia (Nick) Erickson; grandchildren, Caitlin, Jacob, Hannah and Jonas Nielsen; Maddie, Ella and Josie Risk; and Enid Erickson; brother, Gordon (Nancy) Peterson; as well as many other relatives and friends.
