Reilly, Theresa of Brooklyn Park, entered God's grace on May 19th 2016 in her 86th year. Theresa served as a paraprofessional at School District 279 and then as the Meals on Wheels Coordinator before retiring and later succumbing to Alzheimers. Theresa was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She is preceded in death by her husband, and soul mate, Joseph Reilly. Theresa is survived by her sister, Jane Blaney, her children, Joanne Lamb and her husband Tom, Robert Reilly and his wife Shelly, Marianne Reilly and Suzanne McDonald. Theresa was also blessed with seven grandchildren, Joseph, Katherine, Brittney, Megan, Brandon, Patrick and Courtney and her husband Nolan. The family wishes to extend its deepest appreciation and most sincere gratitude to the staff of St. Therese Nursing Home for their love and support throughout the years. There will be a Mass of the Christian Burial at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Brooklyn Center on Wednesday, June 1st at 11:00 am with interment to follow, immediately, at Gethsemane cemetery in New Hope.
