Mertz, Teresa Jo (Ward) 53, of Minne-tonka, died April 26, 2016 peacefully surrounded by family. Preceded in death by parents Clinton and Vernette Ward and brother James. Survived by daughter Samantha; sisters Zona (Prenzlow) and Cathi (VanHorne); and many nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be held on Monday, May 16th 2016 at 7:00 PM with visitation 1 hour prior at The Mills Church, 13215 Minnetonka Dr., Minnetonka, MN 55305.
