Klemm, August J. age 84 of Burnsville passed away on April 26, 2016. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 52 years Elizabeth, and survived by children, Kurt, and Kristine; sister, Edith Mattern (nee: Klemm) of Frankfurt, Germany. August survived many hardships as a child in WWII in Germany. He immigrated to the U.S. in 1957 and worked for 35 years for Lufthansa German Airlines. He will be missed by many friends in the U.S. and Europe, especially for his clever wit and generosity. A private service will be held.
