Ekberg, Cleo (Roberts) age 93, of Minneapolis. Born Feb. 1, 1922 and died peacefully at N.C. Little Hospice on Nov. 23, 2015. She was preceded in death by 3 sisters, 1 brother and her husband, David who died in 1996 after 50+ years of marriage. Cleo is survived by daughter, Karen; niece, Barb (Randy) Jones; sister-in-law, Myrtle Roberts; nephew, Bruce (Ronda) Roberts; and many other loving relatives and friends including dearest friends, Eileen and Glen Soderberg and their extended family. Cleo and David were longtime active members of Spirit of Christ Community Lutheran Church (formerly First Lutheran Church of St. Louis Park). Graveside Interment Wed. (12/2), 9:45 AM at Lakewood Cemetery (meet at front gate), 3600 Hennepin Ave., Mpls. with celebration service to follow at 11 AM at Spirit of Christ Community Lutheran Church, 5801 Minnetonka Blvd., St. Louis Park.
