Mimbach, Allan A. Age 73 of Anoka passed away Friday, October 2. Born in St. Paul to Robert and Mary (Templeton) Mimbach.Allan was a graduate of Macalester College and worked at St. Paul Metalcraft for over 35 years. He loved his family, cabin and was an avid outdoorsman. He loved coaching various youth sports. Preceded in death by his parents; son, Todd; brother, John; grandchildren, John Allan and Daniel. Survived by his wife of 49 years, Kathleen (nee Meehan); children, Kristine (Brent) Churchill, Robb (Barb), and Chad; grandchildren, Amber, Anita and Kaylee Mimbach, and Breanna and Mariah Churchill; 1 great-grandson, Easton Mimbach. Funeral service 11:00 AM, Thursday, October 8 at St. Joseph of the Lakes Catholic Church, 171 Elm St. Lino Lakes (visitation 10:00 - 11:00 AM). Interment at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery, Lino Lakes. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Parkinson's Disease Foundation.
