Hilse, Roswitha 70, of Eagan passed away on October 2, 2015. Roswitha was born on September 30, 1945 in Salzburg, Austria. She immigrated to the U.S. in 1978, where she lived in Los Angeles, CA and Salisbury, NC before settling in Minnesota. She was a linguaphile, classical music aficionado, and a lifelong outdoors-woman. She touched many lives, and received support as needed from many, most notably the Grimwoods. She was a beautiful model of Christian faith, perseverance, and hope. She is preceded in death by parents Anton and Hilde. She is survived by her son Wolfgang and his wife Hailey; siblings Irmgard and Gunther Weiss; and many loved ones, friends, and family members. A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 9 at 11 a.m. at Easter Lutheran Church, 4200 Pilot Knob Rd., Eagan. Visitation will take place one hour prior. Luncheon to follow service.
