Snyder, Betty Lou of Wayzata blessed with 93 years of life, passed away on Monday September 21. Preceded in death by husband, Robert D. Snyder; sister, Jacquelin. She will be missed by her daughters, Susan (Ilja) Gregor, Sally (Rick) Tesch; grandchildren, Karl (Abby) Gregor, Kyle (Margo) Gregor and Clark (Jenni) Gregor; great-grandchildren, Nolan, Lydia, Deacon and Everett; brother, Bill Thompson; as well as other loving relatives and friends. Betty was a 50 year "Golden Girl" member of PEO and a long standing member of Wayzata Community Church. She enjoyed her time volunteering at the church, working part time at the various fashion boutiques, playing bridge, working out at the YMCA, Orchestra Hall and going to horse shows. Most of all she was very proud of her entire family and all their accomplishments. The words that have recently been used to describe Betty have been classy, independent, courageous, proud, caring, super woman, sassy, funny, supportive, encouraging and most of all living life her way! She will be deeply missed by all! A Celebration of Life service will be held on Monday October 12, 2015 1 PM at Wayzata Community Church, 125 E Wayzata Blvd, in Wayzata. The church is under construction, please park on the east and west sides using the side entrances. Reception to be held after service. Private interment.
