Fuehrer, Fred A. of Edina passed away from pancreatic cancer on Tuesday, November 5, 2019, at the age of 78. Fred was born on November 8, 1940 in Saint Louis Park, MN as the oldest of three to Fred and Marion Fuehrer. Most recently, he worked as the live-in building manager of the Westchester Apartments. The strong community created within that building was like a second family to him. Fred was a caring father and valued time with his family above anything else. Those who knew him will remember his warm smile, his sense of style, and an amazing ability to make anyone laugh. He is survived by his children: daughters, Cindy Whiting, and Chelsea (Beach) Hogan and son, Paul Beach. Fred also leaves behind son-in-law, Steve Hogan; grandchildren, Matt, Paula, Heather, and Tyler; great-grandchildren, Nolan, Chloe, Emily, Caleb, Max, and Lily; and sisters, Mary Bagdons and Susan McDaniel. Friends and family will gather to celebrate his life in the Westchester Apartments party room, 5525 Hansen Rd, Minneapolis, MN 55436, on Sunday, December 8th, 2019, from 1:00-4:00pm.
