Paulson, Jeffrey L. Age 73 of Minneapolis, passed unexpectedly on August 15, 2019.
Jeffrey attended Roosevelt High School graduating class of 1964. After attending Dunwoody College he served in the U.S. Army intelligence core. He had retired from his graphic design job, and recently started working in the deli department at Lunds and Byerly's. In the spring he also worked at Bloomington Garden Center which he had done for over 46 years.
After retirement he enjoyed many hobbies including bowling, curling, golfing, playing the banjo, still life photography, and creating beautiful artwork made of stained glass. He had a passion for gardening, and always had an abundance of fresh veggies and flowers in his back yard. He would bike around Minnehaha Falls Park, cook delicious meals, and always had the latest and greatest tech gear.
Jeffrey was preceded in death by his father, Arthur, and his mother, Gloria. He will be forever remembered by his four children, Sara (Jon), Heidi (Jared), Jeffrey (Ashley), Sophia (John), his sister Wynne, four nephews, 7 grandchildren, and all his many friends.
