Olinger, Janet E. (nee Fredrickson) age 84 of Victoria. Survived by husband of 63 years, Ralph; children, Joy Kempenich (Leo), Chet Olinger (Nancy), Lee Ann Singleton (Jon); grandchildren Nick (fiancé Stephanie Eigenfeld) and Nathan Kempenich, and Lily Singleton; brother, Ted Fredrickson (Diane). Memorial service 11 AM Sat., June 29 at Highview Christiania Lutheran Church, 26690 Highview Ave., Farmington, MN 55024. Visitation one hour before service. Janet was baptized, confirmed, and married at Highview. After graduating in 1953 from Northfield High School, Janet continued her lifelong education at the Hamline School of Nursing, graduating as a Registered Nurse in 1956. She was proud to keep her licensure past her 80th birthday, and loved to read and learn, spend time with her family, and the game of baseball. Janet donated her body for research to the University of Minnesota through the Anatomy Bequest Program. She encouraged others to do the same.
