Addington, Bonnie M. On Wednesday, November 7, 2018 Bonnevieve Mae Addington (nee Anderson), of White Bear Lake, passed away peacefully at the age of 88. Bonnie attended Minnehaha Academy and received her BA and MA degrees in Education at the University of Minnesota. While there, Bonnie met Gordon, the love of her life. As a teacher, she especially enjoyed teaching children to read. Bonnie had a deep love for her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, for the Bible and for people. She was a devoted wife and mother of 10 children, fervent in prayer, delighting in hospitality. She lived every day with joy and purpose, encouraging all with whom she came into contact to know God in a personal way. She will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her. Preceded in death by parents, Andrew G. & Esther Anderson; siblings, Roger (Ruth), Warren (Marian), and Marge (Robert) Johnson; and husband of 61 years, Gordon L. Addington. Survived by children, Thomas (Susan), Timothy (Cleo), David (Marjorie), Jonathan (Louise), Mary Kaye (Carl) Pedro, James (Jolene), Becky (Thomas) Holien, Daniel, Betsy (David) Linn, Deborah (Wayne) Hardison; daughters-in-law, Mary Ann and Amy; sister, Carolyn (Roger) Flom; 49 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren. Visitation 4-7PM on Tuesday, November 13 at ANDERSON FUNERAL HOME, 1401 Arcade St (Hwy 61), St Paul. Memorial Service 11AM on Wednesday, November 14 at FIRST EVANGELICAL FREE CHURCH, 2696 Hazelwood St. Maplewood with visitation one hour prior. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
