Bredeson, Bruce Edward Passed away peacefully on the night of June 9, 2018. Preceded in death by parents Laura and Engvald Bredeson, and daughter Margaret. Survived by wife, Ann Bredeson, and their children; Jeff (and Lynn) Bredeson, Eric (and Margo) Bredeson, Carolyn Rodreick Bredeson, and Wudenesh Assefa. His 12 grandchildren. Isaac and Bethany Bredeson. Joshua, Jeremy, and Jay Daniel Wettlaufer. Collin, Sam, Joe, & Lena Bredeson. Gabriel and Charles Rodreick. Daniel Akah. And his 8 great grandchildren; Josie, Louis, Arthur, Henry, Annabel, Lydia, Max, and Edie. Bruce attended Hopkins Public Schools, and the University of Minnesota, where he also received his Masters in Hospital Administration. He served in the Korean War for two years. He was a Deacon and Elder in the Presbyterian Church, and a fine Bible student and Teacher. His interests in the church were primarily in Missions, the Stephen's Ministry, and Prison Ministry. Bruce was also a talented musician and deeply appreciated music of all kinds. He was beloved by his family and friends who remember him for his gentle ways, his sense of humor, his generosity, and his faithfulness to family, friends, and Church. Memorial Service at Washburn McReavy, Edina Chapel, will be June 18, 2018 at 1:30, with visitation 1 hour prior to the service at the chapel.
