Marquardt, Geraine M. (Mjoness) Age 81, a long time resident of South Minneapolis passed peacefully on June 9, 2018 in Blaine, MN. Preceded in death by husband Joseph W. Marquardt, parents Leonard and Elvira Thompson and beloved daughter Lori Jo Suapaia. Survived by children Pam (Ray) Golden, Scott (Kathy) Mjoness, Gigi (William) Jones, Kari (Bill) Boyce, Corey (Judy) Mjoness, Shelley (John) Ostrowski & Jodi (Poo) Saeko. Geraine was also so proud of her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who she lovingly referred to as "The Multitude". Geraine lived for her family and cherished the time she had with each and every one. She will be missed by all of us who loved her so dearly. A Celebration of Geraine's life with be held at Life in Christ Lutheran Church, 5015 Main Ave NE in Albertville, MN on Friday, June 15 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation one hour before service.
