Conlin, William J. Age 72 of St. Paul. Died unexpectedly on March 21, 2018. Preceded in death by his parents, sister Corrine Anderson, Yvonne Gilbertson & niece Courtney Goshey. Survived by his wife Rhonda Rhoades; sister Nancy Matczynski; niece Laurie (Jerry) Knock; nephews, Keith (Kris) Anderson, Mark (Shelly) Matczynski, David (Gail) Matczynski and their families, also numerous brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law. For 39 years he was the best partner a wife could ever have! Always sensitive, caring, tender and romantic. He was a great traveling and fishing companion. Bill was well respected in his professional career as a Ramsey Co. juvenile probation officer and by the many kids he served. He enjoyed being a social director and was always willing and counted on to bring his friends together. Fun was guaranteed, thanks to his professional bartending skills.
