Matheson, Deanna Malena of Spring Lake Park, Minnesota passed away on March 17, 2018 at the age of 70. She is preceded in death by her mother, Elenora Judkins; father, Henry Reiss; step-father Phillip Judkins; brother-in-law Jerry Ragner. She is survived by husband, Kenneth Matheson; son Michael (Shawna) Matheson; daughter, Marni (Scott) Nelson; sister, Ruth Ragner; sister, Darlene (Curt) Johnson; grandchildren, Megan Ceragioli, Erica Ceragioli, Marisa Matheson, Andrew Matheson, Katelyn Matheson. Visitation will at 1 pm with the memorial service at 2 pm on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at Living Word Christian Center, 9201 75th Avenue North, Brooklyn Park, MN 55428. Reception will follow the memorial service at the church. At Deanna's request, in lieu of flowers a scholarship fund has been established in her honor. Deanna will be remembered as a kind, caring and selfless person that loved her family dearly and lived strong and active every day. Her multi-year battle with cancer was inspirational to all around her as she fought with great courage and persevered so much in her effort to be with those she loved longer. She now has the best seat in the house in all of our lives but, we will still miss her warm smile, great laugh and her hugs.
