Settle, James F. Loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather went to join his beloved wife in heaven on March 20, 2018, at the age of 89 years. Survived by sons Michael (Oats), David (Robin) and James W. (Sally); six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Memorial service Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 11:00 AM at St. Mark's U.C.C. Church at 8630 Xerxes Avenue South, Bloomington, MN, with visitation from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to St. Mark's U.C.C.
