Brace, Donald Edward Donald "Pops" Brace, age 71 of Minneapolis, MN peacefully passed away on March 17th surrounded by his loving family. Don attended North High and served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War where he received two Purple Heart commenda- tions, along with the Vietnam, National Defense and Good Conduct medals. He continued his service with the Anoka County VVA #470 Honor Squad where he performed in 200+ veteran's honors services. He was a proud American Soldier. He will be forever missed by his sons, Donald II (Lisa), Dan, Dennis (Stephanie) & David (Eirynn); grandchildren, Augusta, Donald III, Karissa, Danny and Macie. His brother, Bob (Sandy) and sisters, Beverly (Jerry) & Marlene (Mark) as well as his many nieces, nephews and loving friends. Funeral service Thursday 10 AM at Gearty-Delmore Robbinsdale Chapel, 3888 W. Broadway, Robbinsdale. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
