Samsel, Luella M. Age 93 of Red Wing. Author, John Grisham and the Minnesota Twins lost a great fan when Luella passed away on February 18, 2018. An admiring cousin also lost a savvy cribbage partner. Preceded in death by husband, Earl Jr., son Stuart, parents, Harold and Lydia Strouse and parents-in-law, Earl and Onie Samsel. She is survived by daughter, Sharon L. Toivonen (George), daughter in-law, Patti Samsel, grandson Michael Samsel (Krystal) and great grandsons, William and Thomas. A private memorial service will be held this summer.
