Johnson, Joan M. "Joanie" Age 78, of North Oaks, formerly of White Bear Lake, died peacefully February 19, 2018. Preceded in death by parents, Fisk and Esther Peterson and infant brother, Charles. She will be sadly missed by husband of 51 years, Brian; children, Kristin (Brian) Burge, Kari Johnson, David (Sara) Johnson and Joel Johnson; grandchildren, Tyler, Ava, Caroline, Jackson and Zachary; sisters, Carol Peterson and Mary (Nabil Elias) Peterson; nephew, Alex Elias and niece, Mona Taylor. A celebration of Joanie's life will be Monday, February 26, 2018, 12 P.M. at ST ANDREW'S LUTHERAN CHURCH, 900 Stillwater Road, Mahtomedi with a gathering of family and friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
