Capistrant, Lois (Knutson) age 82, of Plymouth, passed away on January 12, surrounded by family. She was preceded in death by parents, Clarence and Anna Knutson; siblings, Donald, Clarence Jr., Richard, Darrell and Donna Mae. She will be deeply missed by her high-school sweetheart and husband of 62 years, Gene; children, Lynn Simon (Gary), Pete (Barb), Joe (Deb), and Nancy Lane (Steve). Lois truly was the "grand" in grandmother. She had fourteen grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren; sisters, Joyce Abramson, Gloria Lee; sisters-in-law, Mary Jo Schmidt, Audrey Knutson, Caroline Knutson, Casey Knutson; many nieces, nephews, and good friends. Lois could cook for cooks and was a wonderful seamstress. She was a humble, loving and caring lady who lived to give. Because of Lois, our world was a better place. She will be missed beyond words, but will always be remembered in our thoughts and prayers. Mass 11am Friday, Jan 19th at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 2424 18th Avenue S., Mpls. with visitation at church 1 hour before mass.
