Preview: Sunday's game marks the third time the Lynx have gone to a Game 4 in the WNBA Finals. They are 0-2, having lost to Indiana in an elimination game in 2012 and again to the Fever last season before winning the series in five games. Los Angeles, which took a 2-1 lead in the best-of-five series with a 92-75 victory Friday, is seeking its first WNBA title since 2002. Should the Lynx win, Game 5 would be Thursday at Target Center.

Players to watch: Lynx F Maya Moore is averaging 20.8 points in the playoffs, but she scored only nine in Game 3 — the first time she has been held to less than 18 points this postseason — and was held to seven shots. Sparks F Nneka Ogwumike is averaging a team-high 18 points per game in the finals and has made 21 of 29 shots.

Numbers: The Lynx are shooting 21.4 percent from three-point range in the finals, well below their regular-season average (33.7). They have made only six three-pointers in the three games. … In all six games this season between the Lynx and the Sparks, the team that has led after the first quarter has won the game.
