Movables: 1228 NE. 2nd St., Mpls., 612-746-2929, www.movablesconsignment.com. Vibe: Smaller store but nearly everything, especially upholstery, is in excellent condition and of good quality.

Burnsville, Crystal and Woodbury locations have a smaller selection of furniture and accessories. www.turnstyleconsign.com. Vibe: More emphasis on home accessories than furniture. A few items, like framed art, seemed dated.
