The Wolves and Kings are about to tip off at Arco Arena on a rainy, blustery night in Sacramento.
Kurt Rambis is staying with the same starting lineup he debuted last night: Kevin Love at power forward with Ryan Gomes and Al Jefferson in the frontcourt, Corey Brewer and Jonny Flynn in the backcourt.
Brewer's youtube-worthy dunk over Derek Fisher last night still was a topic of conversation with the Wolves pre-game tonight.
Never mind that assistant coach Reggie Theus said there's no doubt it was a charge.
"It still was phenonemal," Theus said.
Brewer called it easily the best dunk he's had in the NBA, but wouldn't call it an all-time.
He only put it in his top three.
"I had a couple of pretty good ones back in the high school, in the state semifinals," he said.
Of course, that wasn't at Staples Center with the beautiful Lakers crowd looking on.
"This was a lot different setting," Brewer said.
During a break in action a few minutes later, Kobe Bryant approached Brewer and said something.
What was it?
"He said, `Nice dunk,' " Brewer said with a grin.
