As the Vikings try to advance to Super Bowl LII with a win in the NFC Championship Game against the Philadelphia Eagles, Teddy Bridgewater will again not be in uniform.

Bridgewater is inactive for the second consecutive game, sitting out the game as the Vikings go with Sam Bradford to back up Case Keenum. Bradford, whom the Vikings acquired from Philadelphia last September, completed 24 of his 41 passes for 224 yards, a touchdown and an interception, while fumbling four times and losing two of them, in the Vikings' 21-10 loss to the Eagles last October.

The Vikings again, though, made a decision that suggests they're more comfortable with Bradford than Bridgewater, should Keenum get injured or become ineffective with their season on the line. That's not necessarily an indication Bridgewater's days in Minnesota are numbered, especially when Bradford is also about to become a free agent and offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur is set to become the New York Giants' next head coach. But the team's confidence in Bridgewater is certainly an open question going forward.

Adam Thielen is active for the game, but as Thielen deals with low back issues, the Vikings have rookie Stacey Coley on their active roster for just the fifth time this season.
