The Northeast will have one more very chilly day, before noticeably milder airswings in from the west on Thursday. Mind you we are not expecting 60s or 70s,but it's going to feel much better compared to what it has been.Look for 40s through much of the mid-Atlantic region Thursday and Friday with50s showing up in Virginia. Even northern New England can expect above freezingtemperatures on Friday.

In the longer term, there is no sign of any arctic blasts coming down nextweek, but you can bet that the rigors of winter will be back after that.
