Jason Lewis, who is running for Congress in Minnesota's Second Congressional District, received the endorsement yesterday of the Freedom Club Federal Political Action Committee.
In a tweet from Lewis, Freedom Cub President Richard Andolshek said Lewis "will unite conservatives and once elected be a champion for the taxpayers."
Lewis is one of five Republican candidates who are hoping to replace Congressman John Kline, who announced last September he would see re-election to Congress.
Angie Craig is the lone Democratic candidate for Congress.
Two Democratic candidates ended their campaigns to support Craig, who has been endorsed by numerous Democratic elected officials, and organizations.
