Add another restaurant opening to the downtown Wayzata list.

When it opens in early summer, the Hotel Landing will include Restaurant Nine Twenty-Five.

The chef will be familiar to fans of Lucia's Restaurant. He's Ryan Lund, and he spent a decade in the kitchen at Lucia Watson's eponymous Uptown Minneapolis restaurant.

When Watson sold the business in late 2014, Lund remained (he's pictured, above, in a provided photo), working under the restaurant's new ownership until last summer. Chef Alan Bergo (Salt Cellar, Heartland) has been running the show at Lucia's since September.

The 92-room hotel is a component of the Promenade of Wayzata -- a residential/retail complex on the site of a former shopping center -- and is managed by New Hampshire-based Hay Creek Hotels. The two-story restaurant (with requisite patio) is being designed by the Cuningham Group of Minneapolis.

The restaurant, located at 925 Lake St., will follow several neighboring debuts. Chef Gavin Kaysen's Bellecour is opening March 15. Sushi Fix owner Enkhbileg ("Billy") Tserenbat is launching Baja Haus any day now. And elsewhere in the Promenade complex, Rustica Bakery & Cafe is taking over the recently shuttered Lunds & Byerly's Kitchen later this spring.
