Famous Dave's of America Inc., Minnetonka, announced that its chief financial officer, Dexter Newman, will resign from the barbecue restaurant company effective March 5.
Famous Dave's has named Paul Malazita as the interim CFO effective March 6. Malazita joined Dave's in March 2017 and has been director of accounting and corporate controller since October.
Drip names new director to its board
Drip, Minneapolis, named David Cancel to its board of directors. Cancel is the current CEO of Drift, the former chief product officer at HubSpot, and founder of Performable and Ghostery.
Drip is a marketing automation company that Leadpages, Minneapolis, acquired in July 2016.
