Authorities have identified the man who was run over and killed while standing on an interstate in Wright County.
William F.X. O-Sullivan, 23, of Buffalo, Minn., was hit by a pickup truck about 11:55 p.m. Wednesday along westbound Interstate 94 in Monticello, the State Patrol said.
The patrol has yet to explain why O'Sullivan was on I-94 just east of Hwy. 25.
The pickup driver, 49-year-old John A. Hanson, of Little Falls, Minn., was not hurt, the patrol said.
