'It seemed like the world stopped': 4-year-old begins spinal injury recovery

Navon Lee was suddenly paralyzed on Christmas Eve. In an emergency surgery, doctors removed a cyst they found on his spine. Now, he's back home (a month ago) with his family as he continues his recovery.
