Kohen, Toby age 91, of St. Louis Park, passed away June 8, 2023. Preceded in death by husband of 72 years Manny, parents Isadore and Nellie Berg, and brother Robert Berg. Survived by children Jeffrey Kohen (Deb), Bonnie Waldman (Steve), Steve Kohen (Diane). Grandchildren Tom (Sara), Elizabeth (Morgan), Jessica (Quinn), Jake (Maddie), Joe and Jack. Great grandchildren Polly, Hattie, Jameson, Kennedy, Charlie, Hazel, and sister Idelle Berke. Toby left us to be in the heavens with the love of her life, Manny, who had passed away one week earlier. She was the ultimate homemaker, raising 3 children with loving care so they could thrive in education in SLP and beyond. Being family focused, vacations were often to visit relatives; especially to her brother Bob, and best friend sister Idelle, and their children. Toby worked in sales at Dayton's for over 25 years. It was a joy for her to treat her family to the special treasures she came across while working. She and Manny enjoyed golfing together, trips to Hawaii and Europe, as well as attending the many activities of their grandchildren. Toby had lifelong friendships with many women she grew up with in North Minneapolis. Funeral service 2:00 PM on SUNDAY, June 11th at B'NAI EMET CEMETERY, 7032 Penn Ave S., Richfield.
