Carlson, Richard V. passed away on March 16, 2023, at the age of 78 after a long battle with Parkinson's. He will be remembered as a brilliant physicist, avid gardener, faithful church member, devoted husband, committed dad, proud grampa, and a determined, generous, witty individual.
