Otto, Lucille A. "Lucy" passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2023. She was 84 years old. Preceded in death by her parents, Emil and Mary Peter. Survived by her children, Brian (Connie) Otto, Lisa (Dan) Miller, Brent (Cathleen) Otto; 7 grandchildren, Michael, Jeff (Tegan) and Kirsten Otto, Allie Miller, Cole, Bennett and Piper Otto; great granddaughters, Leighton and Thea Otto; also survived by many family members and friends. Lucy was born in Lake Benton, MN and grew up in Watertown, MN. She attended Watertown High School and graduated in 1956. After graduating Lucy moved to the city. She then met Donald and they married in 1960. They were married for 60 years before Donald passed away in 2020. Lucy was a wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be greatly missed.
