Simkins, Wilfred W. Age, 87, of Lake Elmo, MN passed into the arms of our Lord on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at his home. Born August 28, 1935 in St. Paul, MN to Wilfred G. and Nancy V. (Nelson) Simkins. Bill is preceded in death by his wife Barbara E. (Jesse) and survived by their children, Tim (Sheela) and Cheryl; siblings Barbara McDonald, Norma Langelett and Jon (Cheryl) Simkins. Bill obtained a degree in Architecture from Dunwoody Institute, and enjoyed photography, drawing, painting, antiques, and singing. A Celebration of Bill's life will be held on Thursday March 23, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Wulff Funeral Home, 1485 White Bear Ave., St. Paul, MN.
