Horn, Lisa (Johnson) 54, of Denmark, WI, passed away January 18th at home in Minneapolis. Lisa made an immeasurable impact on the lives of so very many. She was a tireless advocate in her community & never said no. Lisa leaves a legacy of love to her friends, family, daughters, Lisetta and Claire and her devoted husband, Dave.
